INCOME INEQUALITY AND FISCAL POLICY INFLUENCE ON INCLUSIVE GROWTH

Summary

In the last few years, the model of inclusive growth and development is a very important issue for any country. Inclusive development policy should envisage participation of the poor and low income people, who should be benefited mostly. Inequality and taxation of income is directly related to inclusive economic growth and development. Revenue Inequality In the last few decades, almost every country in the world is characterized by a tendency of growth, which is the cause of poverty and social tension. Effective tax policy can mitigate the inequalities between the layers of society, which will eventually guarantee sustainable and inclusive economic growth. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to be existed effective regulatory institutions and maximal involvement of each member of the society in the inclusive growth and development.
